LOVE this pool! My kid and I have been coming here for years. Perfect summer afternoons spent here at one of our fine city's adequate amenities. The pool is clean, not crowded, and embedded in the heart of Highland Park with historic murals within view and the light trail zooming by every few minutes. The lifeguards and staff are so friendly and smart! Especially love how BIG this pool is compared to other public pools nearby.
In case you don't already know, the cost for a summer pool pass is $10 for kids. Adults over 50 get in for $1, everyone else only $4.

Most of the staff is...

Glassell, and Yosemite have ladders as well, but are much easier. Also, the showers and changing rooms were very outdated, and not...
