I cannot recommend Jean Pierre enough! Madison was incredibly helpful I absolutely adore her! From the very beginning, they made the entire process of designing my engagement ring an absolute dream. Their customer service is truly exceptional—they were incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout every step. I had a very specific vision in mind, and Madison and JP not only listened to every detail but also provided thoughtful suggestions and guidance to ensure the ring was exactly what I wanted.

One of the things that truly set them apart was their willingness to adjust and refine the design as needed without any hesitation. They took the time to understand my preferences, never rushing me or making me feel like just another customer. Instead, they made me feel like my ring was just as important to them as it was to me. Their communication was impeccable, always keeping me updated and making sure I was completely comfortable and happy with every decision.

Beyond their outstanding service, the quality and craftsmanship of my ring exceeded all expectations. Amazing showroom with hundreds of gorgeous, high-quality, diamond and gold pieces!!! This jewelery shop has a "family" vibe to it as most of the people who work there have been around for several years. I just love that about this store, I really trust them. When i go to buy something, i know they will take care of me; and when i drop off an item for repair, cleaning, or re-setting, i can rest assure my personal belongings are in good hands (this is rare to say about a jewelery store in the greater valley region so i truly pride them on their honesty and integrity).

I met Jean Pierre about 15 years ago when the store used to be called Diamond & Jewelry Gallery. After years of working in sales, Jean Pierre took over the sore, renovated and expanded it, and renamed it "Jean Pierre Jewelers". It's still located on the corner of Canoga and Ventura in Woodland Hills. My father bought my mother's wedding ring from Jean Pierre, and my husband bought mine from him as well. He even gave us a great deal when we needed to get a few appraisals for insurance purposes (if you get 2 written appraisals he will give you a discount!).

I couldn't be happier with Jean Pierre Jewelers. Both JP and the staff have surpassed my expectations over and over again. Thanks JP for being so trustworthy and reliable throughout all these years.

I bought my wife's engagement ring at Jean Pierre Jewelers and I couldn't have been happier.

At first I was intimidated by the security, but once I got through the two sets of secure doors I couldn't have been more comfortable. J.P patiently went through all my options with me and helped me make a choice I was comfortable with.

I visited a couple different jewelers during my hunt, and J.P Jewelers had by far the widest selection of options in my price range. They weren't pushy at all and had more high quality diamonds than anyone else I visited. Though their prices weren't rock bottom, I was frustrated when I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for at other places.

Ultimately I felt comfortable buying such an expensive item from them because they were very professional, not pushy at all, and had such a wide selection that I could choose exactly what I was looking for without compromising in one area or another.

Since purchasing the ring their service has been excellent. They resized the ring and cleaned it at no cost. They gave us a discount on our wedding bands. They even repaired another piece of 22K jewelry we were given as a present quickly and with no hassle at all.

I have to say after visiting so many sketchy jewelry stores, I had no idea how much I'd appreciate how comfortable I feel when I'm at Jean Pierre Jewelers. I can't recommend them...
