09/15/2023 ( 15:30) I stoped by Burger King today and I decided to use drive-thru to order my meal . When It was my turn to order, the person who was taking my order sounds very rude and unhappy. I did not care in the beginning but seconds later I asked her to slow down because I could not hear her well due to her tone of voice. I think that she did not like it because her answer was adding more unkindness , louder, careless and rudeness to her tone of voice. I choice not to say anything because my mom was next to me, but she was shocked that way this lady was applying her costumer services to us. When we got to the window to pay our meal my mom asked to the cashier " are you the lady who is screaming and being very rude". Cashier reply " yes I am, I am that one who is taking your order". I was in shocked again and I asked my mom to calm down and I asked cashier Name which she replied " CECILIA". After that I took my meals and I drove home. The lady asked me to keep the open and bring them to the window but I had to redeem the other coupon so I closed it “first time I redeem coupon thru app”. so once I got to the window she said to me: “where is the coupon?” I told her they disappear once I close each one or if I got a call they’ll disappear too. But I already gave you the code and I believe everyone has his own code” she said “I told you to bring me the coupon and keep it open” so I informed her again how the app works and it’s not my fault to make it disappear. “She shakes her head horizontally like she says you’re a lier or she didn’t like my explanation” so I had to stood up and tell her what was that shake and how come you speak to me this way? I’m using coupon to order more food and save dollar or two and you treating me like this? Read moreToday I went on my lunch and I clearly asked for a Double whopper with cheese, and Large. I even repeated my self because it was to low for what he was charging me for $14.65. He then said yes that’s your meal but when I put my hand in the bag and I see a jr cheeseburger I told him to fix it .. then here came another girl and I am assuming she was the manager, she charged me another $7 dollars I told her why just 7 dollars more if she’s charging me the difference she actually charge me for the double by it self I ask her for all the receipts she keeps charging me for then she refused to give me my receipt and close the window I waited 5 min still and she keep ignoring me and close the window. I was in my lunch so I had to leave, it’s unacceptable how she dealt with the situation and still didn’t change my fries to the right size which eventually got cold after the situation. I will not return to this place if they feel miserable at work and can’t work they should stay home! Burger King will never be the same having her customer service...
