Sofa U Love — Local services in Los Angeles

I ordered a custom sectional sofa in velvet fabric. The frame is a bit hard and could use more padding, especially on the seat of the sofa. The seat cushions were very uncomfortable.

When I first sat down, the seat cushion sank and I could feel the wood frame slats. I talked with the owner and he sent someone over to add more feather to the seat. It still didn't feel quite right, but they said to experience it for a week and then see. We did that, it still wasn't right, called the owner, he sent someone over again to fix the issue. But instead of more feather, they put a thin batting around the cushion, which didn't really do much at all.

I got tired of calling and just ordered down fill online to fix the issue myself. It ended up costing me several hundred dollars to do this. I had ordered a sofa from Sofa U Love in the past and they did a great job, but it seems like quality...

I really wanted to support their business as they make their furniture here in CA but in a span of 3 months and 3 visits, their prices went up more than 30%, and the quality and options went down so much that I couldn't make myself shop there. These local businesses need to not cut the quality at least. Also the sofa on the window had huge spider webs on it and I brought it to their attention. This is something they should have noticed themselves...
