LA Wonderland Marijuana Dispensary Los Angeles — Attraction in Los Angeles

My name is Marco and I have been a loyal customer of Wonderland for over four years, consistently enjoying the quality of your products and services. However, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment I recently received at one of your stores.

During my last visit, there was an issue with the payment as the charge on my credit card did not appear under the name “Wonderland.” Instead of attempting to clarify or resolve the situation, the store employees chose to treat me with a lack of respect, ultimately asking.

No, there was no mistake. I canceled it myself, but it was in another name. If you are going to charge me, you should have contacted me first or used the company's name to charge me. I was there today to make a purchase and no one tried to help me at all. On the contrary, I was thrown out of the store and treated like a criminal. I should sue you, but I'd rather never set foot there again and pass on this company's terrible feedback.

The parking is very good. There is a ramp for wheel chair and assisted walking. Also well merchandised, uncluttered, and easy to get a round. The product was good and prices competitive. There were two concerns I have. No " first time " discount was offered or tendered, which a number of other dispensaries offer. The other being, after you make your choice of product you do not have it in your possession and do not see it again until it is paid for. Also it is in a non see through bag. I opened the bag to inspect what I had purchased and was told that I could not do that inside the store??? I just wanted to make sure I was given what I had asked and paid for. That just is not customer friendly and opens up many more questions, at least in my mind. Update, visited Wonderland in April 2019 and the procedure for payment has changed for the better and is more transparent and streamlined some what. I would imagine all the recreational dispensaries are going through some growing pains with the new laws and ordinances pertaining to the legal distribution of marijuana in CA. This should have been all been worked out during the year before the law was to start. The State, counties, cities and dispensaries can all take a little blame in this...

Long time customer. Still one of my favorite shops. I am giving them 5 stars because if you show up with your rec it benifts you. Unfortunately this place like most recreational shops took a turn for the worst. The focus on the customer service and overall vibe is not what it use to be. Prices and quality are average. This place has always been a hit or miss but at least when it was medical we could have really vibe and have fun at the shop. Either way I pick up 5g for 50 of Fire Og and it was coo kinda got a lot of stems in it too. I was really hoping to come in a get an ounce for 160 or less but the buds at that price were horrible. Here is the price options as far as deals go 5g for 50 (above average ) 10g for 55 (good deal but hard to find) They have a lot of cheap options. The customer service was super lack luster from the lazy security to the not so interested bud tender. The thing I hate is I feel rushed here. Plenty of decent price edibles. Cheeba chews on the house!!! Plenty of vape tanks including heavy hitters Stiiizy etc... Use your medical rec for real benifts. I am really hoping I can write a way better review in the near future.
