Natural Pilates - Brentwood — Attraction in Los Angeles

Rudest costumer service. Whoever worked the West Hollywood location at 2:50pm on January 26th should learn to have some personable skills instead of hanging up the phone when someone is trying to ask questions about your Pilates studio and how the membership works. I never comment on businesses b/c I find bad reviews biased but this really bothered me. I’m shopping around to weigh out my options for fitness studios in the area and so far other studios take the time to explain how their gym works etc. she basically tells me to check the website in a really condescending voice. After she hung up in the middle of my sentence... I checked their website no other information other than book a class at the luxe hotel location.... if I want information about your memberships how it’s all set up I need to download an app ? Such a waste of time, what’s the point of having employees answers the phone if they will shoe away...

Absolutely love Natural Pilates. I’ve been going here for almost 12 years now and have not found a studio I love more. The instructors are all consistently great and challenging. Best of all, they all offer variations to meet you where you are. Fabiola at the front desk has always been so helpful with everything I need, from booking private sessions for my mother, guiding me on what instructors would be best for me personally, or any logistically questions I have. I also love that they constantly offer sales on their packages, which makes the price per class a great deal. I cannot recommend Natural Pilates more. LOVE this new location! Gorgeous, spacious, everything's brand-new. And the location's perfect: parking's a breeze, and there's tons of coffee shops and cafes within walking distance (including Starbucks!) I usually take class at the Beverly Hills location; but I recently took class here and it was just as good. I've been going to Natural Pilates for months now; I have severe scoliosis, so I'm very picky about where I take class. Natural Pilates, hands down, has the best pilates teachers in LA. I always leave class stronger and more aligned. And challenged -- it's a GREAT workout. Can't say enough good things about my favorite...
