If I could give 10 stars to Casa Granada Apartment Homes I would.

Everything from maintenance to tenant services is top notch. Repairs are always done in a timely manner by top of the line repair people and any questions or concerns addressed promptly by the onsite management team. They also offer a Courtesy Patrol from 10pm to 6 am 7 days a week on the totally gated property. A big plus is that they are pet friendly.

The lush grounds with meandering creek are kept immaculately. The pool, full gym, barbeque area, cardio room and game room are fantastic amenities. Everything you need is right here on the property. My husband and I feel like we're living in a quiet, luxury resort instead of in an apartment complex in Los Angeles.

The Brentwood area is safe and walkable with Whole Foods, Starbucks and many restaurants to choose from 3 blocks south of Casa Granada. 3 blocks north is the charming Brentwood Village with bakeries, shops, post office and another Starbucks.

My husband has lived at Casa Granada since 1972 and that alone speaks for itself.

I had the privilege of living at Casa Granada for the ten months I spent my year abroad at UCLA. I have nothing but gratitude towards all the staff. Sucely is the best manager you can have at your disposal. She helped me all through the moving process and any questions during my stay. Such a lovely person, always there to greet you with a smile! Regarding maintenance, Nelson is THE BEST at what he does. Any maintenance issue I had was solved efficiently, always going above and beyond. The installations are significant, and my studio apartment was located near the artificial river, which was so peaceful for me. The pool was such a nice place to get all my homework done. All the neighbors I encountered were extremely helpful and kind in situations where I lost my wallet once, and everything was returned to me, or the days my car died, and I needed a jumpstart. Casa Granada is an excellent apartment community with great value, location, and overall quality. There is definitely a community feel and I can personally attest that it is very well run. The pricing is very fair for the area, and it’s close to everything you need in a highly desirable part of town. The staff is exceptional. Dennise, in particular, is kind, professional, and always goes out of her way to help. Any time I have a question or issue, she is quick to respond and truly dedicated to making sure residents are taken care of.

The amenities are also much better than other complexes in the area. There is a gym, pool, golf net/mat, a nice creek alongside a walk path, and a grill. All of which are clean and well-maintained.
