Rude and unprofessional customer service. I stopped in to get the "early bird" deal per suggestion of a budtender. I did the same thing last week as well. Today the budtender helping me took a call as she was preparing my order. She never asked the person on the phone or myself to hold on. As she talked on the phone, she became visibly annoyed (rolling eyes and huffing) as she explained the "early bird" deal to them. She never provided me with a total but I know the cost of my frequent order so I handed her the cash. When she returned my change, I asked about the "early bird" deal and was told "it doesn't apply to your items" As I attempted to explain "I was told otherwise and had made the same purchase a week ago" I was cut off and told "well be lucky you got that deal that one time!" Ma'am, excuse me?!?! I tried to explain "I'm not trying to argue and instead suggest management be made aware of the miscommunication among staff" I was then told "I am the manager" Makes sense...rude and unprofessional leadership yields rude and unprofessional customer service. Read moreI have no problem with the product. It’s overpriced but consistent. The delivery driver I just had to deal with must have done some dabs before dropping off my order though, and was convinced my meticulously entered address was 2 miles away. Geographical impairments aside, they also don’t tell you that they no longer do door to door drop offs, even though it’s offered as an option on Weedmaps.
They also text you status updates, and thusly have ample opportunity to let you know they don’t do door to door. I live in a giant building. I asked my driver what he would do if someone were disabled or had mobility challenges, and he said he would “ask them to prove it.”
I called the actual dispensary to let them know that under the ADA that is MASSIVELY illegal, and he just seemed to want to get me off the phone. Also, they only take Zelle or cash, and Zelle is famously finicky, and sometimes does not connect to my bank. Very disappointed in the service, disrespect, and ableism.

All of my orders since I started using them has had an item that had to be replaced since it isn't actually in stock and their site isn't updated.
Order was over an hour late today and despite me clearly saying I'm using venmo in the comments they wait until they are 5 minutes out saying we don't take it anymore. Couldn't find my card in time and ended up missing delivery because they couldn't wait a second while I find the card I would have had if I was told to begin with that y'all don't take venmo anymore.
