I unfortunately can’t speak on the quality of work, but obviously the service is lacking. I never ever write reviews like this, but the interaction I just had really rubbed me the wrong way. I called to ask for the price to cut a short hairstyle and the person who answered the phone hung up on me twice. They asked if it was for a man or a woman, which I am neither, and when I asked why it mattered they hung up on me. When I called back and they asked the same question, I asked why they needed that information because I genuinely couldn’t understand why it was important if I have a short hairstyle that just needs bangs cut. I would not recommend going to this place unless you want to waste your time waiting for 30 minutes to sit there and then have them not even cut your hair since an undercut with some layers is suddenly impossible to do for clients who look a certain way… So rude asking for payment first when other customers first had their haircuts after even mentioning the word payment. A terrible experience that I would not wish on anyone. No wonder the place...

Only $15 for a haircut! I went in not really knowing what to expect. It doesn't look like much form the outside but the service is great! I would recommend stopping by to ask questions in person. The place has a lot of cool Super Man collectables decorating the whole space!

I have short hair and Carlos did a great job dealing with the mess of hair I had grown out.
