So let me start off with the type of membership i purchased "One month unlimited classes: $249" Such a scam! Don't fall in this trap like i did. I was looking to find a boxing built with cardio type of gym and thought this was the spot not knowing i buried myself in a ditch. The first two days of me attending the class i got the vibe that this place is established to have a bunch of model chicks running around thinking they know what they're doing. Throwing jabs, crosses and hooks the incorrect way. I was upset knowing that I was not being showed the proper way to throw a punch and seeing all these girls and members coming into class wasn't being showed the proper way either. So after this first week i ended up injuring my wrist with the crappy loaner gloves and wraps they supplied. After class that day i spoke with one of the girls working the desk that day and mentioned my concerns and the reply back i got was unbelievable "Go home and checkout youtube for some boxing tips" Well HELLO why did i come here just to sweat????! NO i came here to get a great boxing workout and learn the proper footwork and stance for boxing in addition learn the correct way of throwing a punch. Lets get to the music part which was playing a techno mix of Katy Perry style music which turned it into a teenage club like atmosphere. I decided to stop attending the scheduled classes because the owner and trainers insists on having the music turned so loud. Several complaints have been made by me to the girls at the desk which i think they don't care to tell the owner or the owner seems to not care in the least. This is the second week that i've been at the class and today after injuring my wrist because all the trainers and owner have a lack of understanding that clients really need to know how to throw proper punches. Last but not least the gloves they provided for me to use have a really bad odor which doesn't go away by dinner time and i puked last night after it hit my nostrils while i was having SUSHI at Nobu Malibu. I've canceled my membership at Prevail and could care less to ask for a refund. I found a new gym called GLOVEWORX in Santa Monica which has high standards in all aspects of the gym and...

Tucked away on Santa Monica Blvd is a Muay Thai gem waiting to be discovered. Prevail Boxing is a pristine West Hollywood gym where you'll find Coach Carlo, a lifelong Muay Thai practitioner and teacher. More than just a place to train, Prevail Boxing fosters an intimate community of fighters and students passionate about self-improvement.

Beyond the welcoming atmosphere, Prevail Boxing stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and top-notch training. Coach Carlo pushes you to achieve excellence in technique and execution without being overly pushy.

While group classes are rigorous, private lessons with Coach Carlo take your training to the next level. He is able to carefully analyze your skills and tailor your workouts to target your weaknesses while improving your strengths. Each lesson flows seamlessly from pad work to boxing to Muay Thai techniques, and no detail is left unrefined under Coach Carlo's watchful eye.

For anyone looking for a master Muay Thai coach, a squeaky clean gym, and a community that has your back, Prevail Boxing is the place to be. Located in West Hollywood and featuring Coach Carlo, this gym comes with my highest recommendation. Whether you are an amateur fighter or just getting started, reach out to Coach Carlo to take your first step towards excellence. Prevail Boxing will transform your...

This is the appetite home of a grade A work out. Not only is this place fun clean exciting Covid safe, but they have easily the best staff of any gym in Los Angeles. The workouts are truly great a traveling between the boxing bag and doing calisthenics on the floor your heart is always pumping and it’s truly a great work out to get you into shape. The staff, the staff is unreal. Always a friendly smile when you walk in and they always know your favorite areas. I’m not as advanced so I like to go to station one or eight. Overall what an experience instructors instructors play awesome music and have literally the best playlist. I often times find myself dancing in between my sets. I’ve only trained with Juanito and Lolo and I will say these gentleman are five star. Kudos to the...
