KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am a senior citizen, been eating KFC for years, received coupons in the mail, so upon ordering at this KFC, wanted to alter the meal to two thighs and they would not do it using the coupon they said if you were buying it regular no problem, so I don't understand that reasoning you're offering the deal it should be the same whether it's a discount coupon or not second of all I ordered original chicken and I don't know what it was they gave me it was different tasting tiny pieces and bland flavor and I thought what did they change the recipe and then I start looking at everybody else's chicken and they have the normal ones, so I told the lady what did you give me and she said well I gave you original well it wasn't even her that build my box it was the cook, this is what I've noticed not willing to work with the customers, the act as if it's an inconvenience for questions, also no self-serving drinks here at this one you have to ask for refills, the lemonade is sugar water, and the food here is inconsistent this is the third time I've eaten at this one, CANNOT HOLD A CANDLE TO POPEYES OR CHURCHES! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL WALK AWAY SAYING IT WAS OKAY AND THEN YOU'LL TRY IT AGAIN HOPING IT'LL BE BETTER AND IT WON'T BE! This took place 12:00 p.m. today as I'm posting this and I hope the owner gets with the female lady at the counter and reprimands her for not working with me...

Be very careful eating from this KFC location. I have attempted to come here a few times, and each time, I was always noticing they don’t always cook the food all the way through. Sometimes they hand you hardened biscuits that are not even fully warmed up… even the chicken and mac n’ cheese, the fries, are sometimes handed to you “lukewarm” and not all the way warmed up. The mash potatoes also had a “smell” of mold to it. They need to clean the cooking pots out, that they cook with. And be more mindful that this is food going into peoples stomachs. This type of carelessness could cause harm to peoples health. And that’s NOT cool. I have also been left with an upset stomach, stuck on the toilet the following morning, after eating the KFC, or on the edge of vomiting, the following morning, simply because the staff here does not properly cook the food thoroughly. So… please beware, when spending your money here. It’s ridiculous, they hike the prices all the way up, and give you not fully cooked food in return. Please be...

The rant of the day: 3 cars, that arrived AFTER me waiting INSIDE the shop, ordered and picked up their food before they even TOOK my order inside. Totally oblivious staff!!! Do they even have a manager????

Anyway, I personally like KFC’s food and this time (FEB 24, 2021), I was there to try their new famous chicken sandwich. I’d give it a B. No more. It was decent but it’s still no Chick-fil-A.

I think what disappointed me the most was that, after reading so many reviews talking about how BIG it was, it frankly didn’t really look all that big. Popeye’s is MUCH taller.

Anyway, overall the sandwich did the trick and if I’m craving a Fried Chicken Sandwich, I’d be fine w/ a quick stop at KFC. No line either, that’s worth something (other than their...
