Went in for an exchange, I gave the girl my receipt and the items I was exchanging. She then asks me for the tag on the item..... I had bought the item the previous week but since dressing rooms were closed, I had to wait to try them on until I got home.... I hadn't even noticed the item had no tag originally...... so I told her I only had the receipt..... if she had said anything up to this point, I wouldn't have minded, but she did the whole process, and just tossed the item at me..... I wasn't being rude, at all.... im always either really nice..... I just brushed it off and said told the person with me that we just had to get back in line to process the new items I was purchasing..... unfortunately , I got the same girl.... at which point she snickers as she tells me she could've done the transaction on our previous interaction, not like I whispered when I said I would get back in line for the new items..... and proceeded to ring up my new items.... again, tossing everything..... I wasn't asking her to buy my items for me or giving her a bad time, so I didn't see why she went above and beyond at making sure I never want to return to this location.... ever ..... I know how retail is so I make it a point to never be rude to anyone so that I don't potentially make a bad day worse..... but that patience and understanding did not help me today..... I've been to other locations and I always know the cashiers are gonna be super friendly and helpful..... I even regret my purchase at...

The cashier first starts by saying she needs to review the tape. She walks over to another cashier and the second cashier says they cant review the tape right now and the item is not returnable because the tags were not attached. I quickly reviewed the return policy and I argued that it stated only lingerie and swim wear require an attached tag for return. Then she started shouting that the pants smelled like garlic front of everyone. That is the point that upset me the most. It clearly did not have any smell. I attempted to return for another pair, and I was told no refund because they assumed I wore them. I had the receipt, and the purchase was less than three days before.
