My name is Ruth. I ordered multiple furniture. I was told it would be delivered in mid June. These people never emailed me anything to update me. I'm calling the store and they're telling me I have to wait another month. I asked when was I going to be informed. I purchased all these furniture based on the promise I got at the time of purchase which was I would get my furnitures in June. When they can't deliver in June, shouldn't they call me and informed me? I called the store and they're attitude is on another level. No accountability at all. No customer service at all. This is your failure not mine. Theyre very disrespectfull. When i called them, basically they said, "if we can find a sooner divery, will help you. If not, it is what it is" im supposed to be okay with that? No apologies for taking my money and not fulfilling your end of the transaction on the time that you have set? This will be my last visit to your store.
7/30/23 Manager called and asked for why I gave such a low review. Instead of listening to me, he completely cuts me off and try to make me believe the problem was me. He kept talking over me. I couldnt even get a word out. He was very argumentative. Store manager, Please don't call me again. I tried to give you constructive criticism. Read moreMy girlfriend and I purchased a piece of furniture too big for my car, so we paid $160 for delivery. When we did so we indicated clearly that we can take delivery any time before 1pm six days per week and all day Monday.
That’s a lot of options, right? Well, we eventually received a text from the third-party delivery company that they would deliver between 2:30 and 5:30 on a Wednesday. Obviously our instructions were ignored.
We work restaurant jobs in the afternoons / evenings. Calling out of work just to receive a delivery effectively doubles the price of this piece of furniture.
The delivery company refused to budge, saying that I had to take delivery when they dictated or I would be charged an extra fee and still receive no guarantee that my instructions would be followed the second time around.
I called the store in Culver City, mistakenly thinking that someone there would be willing and able to talk sense into the delivery people.
Not so. The manager I was transferred to was just as stubborn and unhelpful as the delivery company. All he did, really, was reiterate their terms in a futile attempt to convince me they were reasonable.

Found a modern table with a large ceramic faux marble top that I loved and fit perfectly in my house design, and it was in the reduced section. Less than half the original price of $2,999 at $1,400. I needed a table that would expand from six to twelve places for Thanksgiving which was three days after my shopping date. This one does that with leaves that store inside the ends, no having to put table leaves in and out of storage. I wanted the leather dining chairs that had been discontinued but they only had three left, so they called all the other stores in my area and found me another three available, at that same very low sale price.
