Terrible quality, terrible customer service, terrible knowledge base, pretty much lies and down payments and then restocking fees at a 50% clip.
Stay away from this company like a plague!
This is a reply to the company because no other way to reply:
We were happy with the quality in the showroom on a piece that is not identical, with that said I don’t know what the quality is for what we actually ordered because it hasn’t come to our home. Not being understandable with the fact that your company is at least 30 days late on getting the furniture delivered. Your representative also said that there is no problem canceling with no fee if there are any delays.
My issue is not the quality of the furniture, I don’t know yet what the quality is, my issue and concern is on the fact that your representative is saying one thing but in reality it’s something different, also 20% restocking fee on something that is in the port/in a warehouse is crazy. Plus that is 50% of the down payment, so you could call the 20%, it’s realistically 50% of the down payment.
We also in total ordered 3 pieces of furniture, two of those pieces are problematic, the chairs were scratched and no one did a QA before boxing up. The dresser is problematic because of delivery timeframe/estimate, and misrepresenting the situation.
You also mentioned in correspondence, you guys are a small business, does that mean that it needs to be a terrible experience and you are making customers feel guilty because you’re a small business? After we left, the owner (without our authorization) charged over 6k on our card and refused to provide a full refund. He went into his personal Shopify account and racked up the charge without any kind of authorization (signed invoice, ect). We never agreed to a purchase and only gave our credit card so the order could be booked later if we confirmed the color. He first tried to force us to accept the charge or else he would not refund the full amount. Then he switched to claim the store video recorded us sharing a card was proof that he could charge us. I ordered quite a few pieces of furniture after the owner Adam convinced me to purchase from him after a bad experience with these national furniture shipping companies. I ordered 13 pieces of furniture all of which took a long time to get delivered 40-50 days. The last piece to get delivered was my bed frame and it has visible defects and is cracked. I've tried to work this out with the business but they have tried to convince me defects like this are normal. Just keep in mind before you order from them that your delivery will be a nightmare, people will come into your house and not take instructions from you and if you aren't happy they already have your money.
