Horrible! Do not shop at this location. I'm a big fan of Target, have their credit card & shop Target regularly. I was out & stopped at the Koreatown location. I'd never been and will never go back. The store has no variety of products. The space is too small to accommodate them. They sell CVS products, but should re-brand the store as a stand-alone CVS. When you find a product you want, it is most likely secured to the shelf & you have to ask someone to get a key & unlock it. They then put the product at "customer service" & you have to request it at checkout. I went to self-checkout. There were no associates at customer service, & one associate for six registers in self-checkout. After waiting for the associate to finish with other customers and then for him to retrieve my product, the register didn't recognize I had made a purchase qualifying for a $5 gift card. I asked the associate who had no idea to what I was referring. He called someone else on his radio to help. After that associate fixed the issue, I paid & went to the parking garage. The scanner wouldn't read my receipt for free parking. There were 3 patrons having the same issue. After getting an associate they said there was nothing they could do, to press the intercom when driving out, explain the situation, and they could raise the gate. Inconvenience and lack of service at every turn....
Read moreRudeness indifference and outright ridicule is what you'll get if you ask for an electric wheelchair to shop here. This was not just from the security guard buy the store manager, who incidentally looked like she hired her entire freshman high homeroom class the appallingly clueless way she behaved made my enthusiasm for the very young looking and plain but attractive young lady as store manager disappeared the moment when I asked her about the lack of electric shopping wheelchair, she pointed to an old school, manually operated wheelchair folded and tucked away in a corner. I asked her if she ever tried shopping with that she laughed and said, "No, of course not!," and chuckled with that mock appalled, annoying Kardashian wannabe voice. Mind you this is 11/11/18, veterans day, over veterans day holiday weekend, and veteran families appreciation month just a couple hours ago where a decorated, disabled veteran who identified himself was laughed at by a group of Target employees. Thanks, trying to look like an adult store manager and your clueless security guard / troll body double / it that can be replaced by a sign for making this veterans day so special...
Read moresecurity staff here are extremely rude and aggressive. they are constantly in loud verbal fights with multiple people, particularly young black men with backpacks who they accuse of stealing with no proof. they are always yelling at people for absolutely no reason. this has happened almost every time I have visited this store and I am SO TIRED OF IT. the other awful thing about this store is you aren't allowed to take the cart into the garage so I had to carry four heavy bags and two 8-pack cans of soda all the way to the car myself. (the target in downtown on 8th St is even worse.) and you are only allowed to park in the garage for one hour without validation or else you have to pay. it took me a while to leave the garage because the parking ticket system is such a hassle and no one reads the signs. last but not least, this target is tiny, not well stocked, and the checkout area is one of the worst configurations...
