The Flats on Addison — Attraction in Los Angeles

AVOID! Unless you like peeling paint, filth in all common areas, including dog and cat urine. Non-working appliances, failed LA city code expections numerous times. Rent controlled, but seems like every month or so there is a new fee to be paid. Rotted windows and many obvious neighbors (not all) Way too much negative to even post. Seriously, AVOID! IMHO!

Management has been sued and violated a court mediated order, not once, but twice. Once you're on their "list" to harass until you give up and flee, they will not answer email, phone and or letters. They even ignore insurance company claims as well as requests for insurance info...

I've lived here since November and I absolutely love this complex.

I don't really understand the low ratings...yes, parking sucks, but that's LA.

The complex is well managed, taken care of, neighbors are incredibly friendly, maintanance is on top of everything and the location is pretty amazing! Walking distance to a huge park, the mall and several shops.

My apartment is also double the size of my last apartment, which was right down the street, for only $50 more per month.

I won't be leaving here any time soon,...

I've been a resident for almost 8 years and I love living here. The grounds are kept clean. Management and staff are friendly and attentive when an issue arises. 2 pools, a fitness center and also being just a few feet away from the park make this place great.
