I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb property, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share my experience. From start to finish, it was nothing short of amazing.

First and foremost, the property itself was a dream. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could imagine, it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in every room was remarkable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

But what truly sets this Airbnb apart is the exceptional customer service provided by the Maimon Group. Tal, in particular, was an absolute superstar. From the moment I inquired about booking, he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He answered all of my questions promptly and even went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs and take into account the unexpected storm in California. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect were truly appreciated.

Throughout our stay, the Maimon Group team continued to impress. Any minor issues or questions we had were addressed promptly and with a smile. It's clear that they take great pride in providing top-notch service to their guests, and it didn't go unnoticed.

The worst possible rental company. I was going to copy and paste what I wrote them upon leaving the house, but there apparently isn't enough room here to do that. So, I'll sum it up as best I can: spiders and cobwebs everywhere. Broken fixtures throughout the property. Faucets, garbage disposals, etc. Nothing electric was working: lighting, the elevator which we got suck on, twice, outdoor lights were a joke, I slipped walking down the only other way down from the top floor, because there was no stairs lit. The locks on the doors were shoddy. There were maintenance men accessing the INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY at all hours. Late at night, early in the am we would just FIND someone inside of the home. It wasy daughter and I alone for a little over a week, with strange men we would hear shouting or banging inside the house with no advance notice. This is an awful awful rental company. They had the nerve after all of this nonsense to file a damaged property claim with Airbnb. Unbelievable. We did nothing but endure hours and hours of necessary repairs we complained about throughout our ENTIRE STAY, three weeks, plus. It was a nightmare. They even had rats in the few trash cans we were assigned, so that we were unable to use them. Of course, in the end, Airbnb did not validate their false claim, because we didn't damage anything. They were upset with us for pointing out the broken items that needed repair. Don't ever ever...
