I recently had an amazing experience at Regenix Skin Lab, and I couldn't wait to share my glowing review, pun intended! 😉 I can't express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Ted's expertise and personalized care. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance of the spa from the colors on the accent walls, to the furniture that was selected, all felt very modern, calming, and inviting. Jon at the front desk set the tone with a welcoming demeanor and impressive knowledge about the services offered. I came in with specific concerns about the changes in my skin as I approach my late 30's especially after having 3 kids. Dr. Ted recommended a combination of Sofwave and IPL procedures to address my concerns about volume loss, sagging, and increased visibility of sun spots. The Sofwave and IPL procedures were nothing short of amazing. His expertise was evident as he explained each step of the process and ensured that I was informed and comfortable throughout. The Sofwave treatment left my skin feeling instantly tighter, and the IPL (although just the first session) worked wonders on my sun spots, giving my complexion a brighter, more even tone. What truly blew me away were the unsolicited comments that I received after the treatments, especially from people who had no idea I had gone in. My husband noticed a positive change in my appearance right away commenting on how my freckles appeared lighter, and even jokingly mentioning the disappearance of my double chin. Lol! My mom known for her honesty, couldn't believe the improvement in my skin tone, explaining that my complexions looked incredibly vibrant and "white." The real kicker came during preschool pick-up the next day when a fellow mom remarked on how good I looked, asking if I had lost weight in my face. Working with Ted and John at Regenix Skin Labs has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any consultation service. From start to finish, they made everything so seamless and enjoyable. The Zoom appointment for my skincare regimen was incredibly thorough, and I received my products the very next day! They always seemed to know exactly what would work for my skin and lifestyle, and they even included some goodies that made me feel like a true VIP.
