For over 25 years, I periodically suffer with neck pain that significantly impairs my ability to function. The pain can be so severe it hampers my ability to sleep and do everyday activities. Recently, I visited Gale two or three times to help relieve a stuck and painful neck. She has a technique that is different than any other massage therapist I've tried, and I have been getting massages since being in a car crash which caused the neck problems 25+ years ago. Truly, I have suffered with this problem.

Gale's approach was to treat me as a team member along with her during the massage therapy session. She worked my neck and shoulders from multiple angles and could get to the deep tissue that seems to be unreachable by others. I would still be going to Gale, but she relocated to an area that is too far for me to travel to regularly.

I started going to M Day Spa with a coupon for a discounted facial about a year ago. Since then, I don't even look at other discounts for facials. Marcel is a superb cosmetician. Over the years, I've had many facials and they all were basically the same. With Marcel, it's as if she wills your skin to listen to her. She does what is right for your particular skin, not just a routine job. Her care and concern are incredible and every time I leave there, I know my face has had the very best treatment possible.
