I recently had a BBL performed by Dr Rizvi and i am absolutely in love with my results and overall experience. The entire experience from the consultation to the recovery was beyond my expectations. The staff at West Empire Med Spa were extremely welcoming and helpful with any concerns or questions I had. The practice manager, Victoria, is truly phenomenal. She was able to assist me with any inquiries pre and post surgery, day or night. I had visited a few consultations before West Empire Med Spa, but chose to perform my surgery here because of Dr Rizvi’s knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism. I also felt extremely comfortable and at ease at this location compared to my previous visits with other doctors. WARNING - Do NOT go here! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. They dilute their Botox! I notified the doctor and sent photos two weeks after the procedure showing the product never took effect. When I returned for a correction visit, they claimed I didn’t get enough units and charged me for more units. They injected the additional units and the same thing happened again. Results were ineffective as the product was diluted. The issue wasn’t corrected by getting more units. They were just making money on me by giving me more diluted product so I would have to keep coming in and paying more. It’s a scam. I showed the doctor pictures two weeks after the appointment again. They refused to correct it or refund me. Not only did I suffer through pain of injections twice but I had terrible results and received the most horrifying customer service I have ever experienced.
