Even though I should; I can't gate-keep this place. Landmark is too remarkable. hidden in the garden of a private-ish park for a Class A commercial and apartment buildings this place is epic! Think of it as a low key executive Zinque with hotter people and better food at an even better value (and I love Zinque). This is the casual place that will impress a date or meeting without being too much. The food is not just good it is subtle, nostalgic and unique. The best part is all the love the staff exudes. The service is not just warm it is loving and doting. The park and valet (more of a red carpet event) reflect calm luxury that make you think you stubbled into some idilic future out of West World where nature and uber design merge to cradle you with breeze, grass, plenty of puppies and squirrels roaming the exteriors, as well as people that are almost too attractive to be real. In the abrasive concrete jungle at this end of Wilshire, Landmark is an oasis that nourishes your soul as much as your stomach. The sooner you go the sooner you will thank me...

please save your money. i have never had worst service or a worse drink. the girl was very rude (no greeting, thank you) and said "what size" and "what" to me (even though i already said what size) in the most uninterested/rude tone. i still said thank you because i am polite. my matcha latte (first photo) taste like milk. just looking at the color, how can you even call it a matcha latte with a serious face? i went back and said sorry, would I be able to get more matcha in this it taste like milk very nicely. she stared at me, didn't say a THING and proceeded to finish making the drink she was making before grabbing mine, tossing it, and remaking it. she placed it on the counter, still without saying a WORD. as you can tell from the second photo, there was no improvement in the color and it still taste like milk. if you're looking for the absolute worst vibe of any cafe ever...

This place is exceptional, the food, the beverages, the service and atmosphere are totally top-notch. I highly recommend this hidden gem, I ordered the Peruvian/Hawaiian fusion "ahi tuna causa", a Peruvian potato typical pie which I never expected to find at the landmark cafe, a total surprise, which was the best and delicious thing I have tried in a long time, along with their desserts and coffees. The freshness and high quality ingredients and presentation of the dishes are beyond excellent. I love the cleanliness of the bathrooms,I felt like I was visiting a very high end hotel or lounge and if I were to rate the service and attentiveness of the entire staff I'd give them a A+++++. They go beyond to make sure everything is just the way you ordered it and your satisfaction matters to them 100% from the food to the service. I can't wait to go back to this...

I’ve been living here at LMLA for a little over a year, and after coming back from a trip to my home country, I noticed the café got a new contractor. Now I totally understand why their Google rating jumped so much. One small moment really stuck with me,when I ordered a matcha drink to go, one of the staff members actually tested it several times before handing it to me, just to make sure it wouldn’t spill. Then he carefully wrapped it up before giving it to me. That kind of attention and care is rare these days, and it honestly made my day. The staff here are super kind and detail-oriented, and the menu has improved a lot too. I genuinely love coming here for brunch and spending time working on my assignments, it’s become one of my favorite little routines.

The owner and staff are incredible. The nicest man I have ever met with the kindest heart and excitement for his new coffee shop. The drinks are amazing, I got a caramel latte in a mug and it is HUGE, not overly sweet and perfect espresso pours. Most coffee shops burn their espresso but these were flavorful, rich, and not overpowering. And lastly, the ambiance is incredible for hanging out or getting lots of studying done. Lighting is perfect and plenty of seats. Recommend this place to anyone. If you want a beautiful LA coffee shop with all the vibes and flavor then this place is it. Super clean as well. They have lots of menu options and even freshly squeezed juice!
