Goodwill — Attraction in Louisville

Prices and selection are fantastic but if you're going for polite staff and/or a peacefull, clean atmosphere... They WILL disappoint! The worst part is that we had some creepy older man following us around the store and outside the fitting room every time my 15 yr old daughter opened the door. He was an employee so unless we had been profiled upon entry, not sure what that's about but it definitely made my daughter uncomfortable. In addittion, the lady at the register yelled at us from across the room for taking too long trying on formal dresses when i had 2 daughters in 1 room because they didn't want to clean the other fitting room and NO ONE was waiting. Lastly, ditch the cart because you won't be able to get it through any of the isles anyway. Theres stuff all over the floor. I'm usually Pro-Goodwill at any time but be weary of this one......

i have donated here multiple times over the years every time i pull up, the workers act like i’m a bother. today i had a whole car full of boxes and the guy did not help me at all, he stood there on his phone. after i finished unloading all of the boxes, i asked him what to do with one specific thing and he rolled his eyes and took it from me. that was it. not sure if they changed their policy to where they don’t help unload cars anymore, but this isn’t the first time it’s happened. i wouldn’t mind unloading by myself if the person was at least friendly or acknowledged me instead of being on their phone. and you can’t call the store to ask about the policy bc they’ll just send you to voicemail every time. not sure what their job is besides standing out there on their phone in...

I've been seeing a lot of complaints about Goodwill's pricing, but I'm just not believing it. I was able to purchase 3 hardly worn pairs of men's pants, a medium sized toy, and a Disney Trolls pillow pal. All of that for $30. A jar of miracle whip is 5 dollars, eggs are 5 dollars, so 7 dollar jeans? Yes please! The staff at this store was so friendly and warm. They had a large selection of everything and it was all well organized.
