Five Below — Local services in Louisville

One person in front of me being checked out. Worker told me that I could self check and I said I don't work here so I'll wait. Manager was standing next to him fiddling with papers and looked at me with disgust. She could have easily checked me out but instead continued to act like she was looking at paperwork. The man in front of me being checked out and the employee was struggling to get his card to work I stood there for 5 minutes before he was able get to me. The entire time manager kept fiddling with 2 pages of papers. That is why this is only the 3rd time I've been in here. At least you removed 75% of self check outs. Down south in Mississippi they pride themselves on waiting on customers and no one uses the self check out. If it hadn't been for picking up a specific item for my granddaughter I would not have even stepped foot in this store. And I don't plan to ever return. Manager should be fired! Pull the security footage....

The items that were below $5 were not naked clearly and most items were mixed with the $5 items so when you reached the register it cost way above what you budgeted for. Also as you turn for one moment to reach for an item the workers which are told to put inventory on eggshells even if it happens to belong to a shopper. It happened to me, an older gentleman and my daughter. They wait for you to turn your head and then they take your items. I reported it to the manager and his first response was defensive even as the older gentleman was complaining. He did not apologize for the mix up until well after the fact that I refused to accept his complacent and indifferent attitude. 4 bc I was able to get something for myself, my s.o., and my 4 legged fur bestie. I was greeted by the cashier as I entered. Everything went pretty smoothly other then one issue I have ever single time I visit Five Below. 🤨🤨🤨. The T SHIRTS 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ THE DISPLAY 😲 makes me cringe 😬 the absolute worst! The stacks of Ts are never in the coordinating spot ever! Then if I try to play the searching game, I'll be there 15 minutes and realized the shirt displayed isn't available in my size 😒 😕 It's always like that and it's horrible bc yall got super cute Ts. Their only 5$ too! Smh I'm suffering, I don't have the time. I have to pay extra for Ts elsewhere. For people on the 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ all the time please 🙏 🙂 fix this...
