East China — Restaurant in Louisville

Tried to call in an order and the phone number didn't work maybe somebody was already on it waiting about 20 mins watched 3 people come in and pick up their orders and leave before my was done (guess that's who was on the phone) but after I finally got my food and brought it home I found out that the Chicken fried rice comes with just plain white rice and plain chicken so the sweetNSour sauce helped but I asked for extra and was told it was in the bag... There was still only one... But other than the wait the food was AMAZING SUPER HOT and fresh Crab Ragoons where PERFECT and the Veggie lo mein was Fire! So if you got the time I would go here the food...

I've been going to this restaurant no less than 10 years. Tonight my children wanted Chinese food so I called to place a to go order. I said, I'm calling to place a to go order and the person said NO and hung up! It shocked me! I called back, busy. Called back again, phone rang someone picked up, said nothing then hung up again! I called back, person answered the phone. I asked, did you just hang up on me? They hung up again. A month or so ago, my husband went to pick up an order and walked in to see a man yelling at the girl behind the counter! My husband stepped in to defend her! After tonight, I will never go...

Didn't even order. I called and the woman was like "HELLO!" And I said "oh I'm sorry I think I may have the wrong number" because that didn't sound like how a business answers the phone and she hung up on me. So I rechecked Google and pressed to call the number and the same woman answered and said "HELLO?!" I said "oh I'm sorry? Is this the East China Restaurant?" She shouted "YEA!" I just said "okay nevermind" and hung up. I own my own business I would never answer the phone like that. How rude. I'll just continue ordering from China Cafe, atleast say who they are when they answer and are...
