Senor Pupusas — Restaurant in Louisville

Love their pupusas but not sure if going back... my visit went ok ,until I was sitting in a table close to the counter and having some ice cream while waiting for my take out order, looking right to the counter, clearly saw the lady who took my order bringing a take out bag and sitting it on the counter I even had a few seconds of eye contact with her , she remained in silence so I thought it was someone else's order, kept waiting for 10 more mins until I noticed that someone came out from the kitchen bringing some food for the guy who ordered after us , I walked to the counter and ask this person about my food, I was given the bag that was sitting there all that time, that was my order!!!!! The original person who took my order and brought it out was on the restroom by then, but never told me that was my order....I was so so mad 😠 😡 I wasn't expecting anybody to take my order right to the table , but the place is not to big, she could told me of make me a sign for me to know my order was ready...we made eye contact!!!! Definitely need to work on...

Amazing food! We ate everything we ordered and ordered take out before we left. Everything is made to order so expect a wait but it is totally worth it. We drive almost 2 hours to go here so waiting a little longer shouldn't hurt your feelings. They have a market opening inside as well so do some shopping while you wait. The new location is huge and ready for business so show em some love and...

This is a fantastic whole in the wall. The Pupusas are a decent size and nicely stuffed. At first I was not a fan of paying 4 bucks a pupusa but after giving Senor Pupusas a try I would def keep coming back. The wait is long but this place is busy so it’s understandable. Pupusas come out cheesy and hot! Would recommend the owner adding empanadas...
