First time picking up from these kohls, and they have a self pick up or barcode pick up. When I asked the cashier (the lady with like 7 face piercing) where I pick up, she said, "is it self pick up or barcode?" I said, "I'm not sure." And she just stared at me like I was an idiot. She COULD have explained that I could find that information in my email. Instead, another customer had to tell me that. Then, while waiting at CS because apparently I had a barcode, a guy scans my barcode and walks away. Another woman walks to the register I am waiting at and looks past me and yells, "I can get whoever is next." As if I'm not standing there. She never asked me to step aside. I went to the front cashier and asked her to page assistance for me. I waited 5 minutes in the shoe department and no one ever came. I walked the perimeter of the store looking for a sales associate and found no one. I finally saw 2 associates coming out of the break room area and asked if they could page someone for me. They were super friendly and page assistance. However after waiting in shoes another 5 minutes no one showed up. I decided to go stand in line at customer service. They unfortunately cannot answer any questions regarding any of their products or questions regarding Sephora as an individual brand. I was excited to see Sephora become more convenient and prefer coming in person but unfortunately under Kohls they are not hiring people that are knowledgeable about the products being sold nor are they hiring people that are passionate or simply care about good customer service.
