Staff was rude, particularly the lady ringing us up. The thing that I really didn't like was how the person adding toppings to our order, when he ran out of tomatoes, wearing the SAME GLOVES HE HAD JUST HANDLED WET FOOD With, reached right down to open the cabinet below to retrieve more toppings. He didn't miss a beat, continuing to wear those same gloves he proceeded to divy out more toppings... The really nasty thing about it was when he opened the stainless still cabinet below, the light reflected off the top and you could see old dried food substances from where this had obviously been done several times prior... Wonder how long those bacteria proliferating residues had been sitting there cultivating germs for everyone to have as toppings on their food? No telling. I didn't say anything because my teenage daughter was with me and I was tired from working the night before and I wanted to avoid a confrontation. There's no excuse for this. The more I think about it the more I know that I SHOULD have said something. If I ever go back I will be watching for this and I WILL say something if it happens again. . I darn sure won't order door dash from there.if they do this while you are watching, what will they do when you aren't. Thank you for reminding me to review this. It's been in my mind. I should contact...
Read moreThey have really gone downhill. Tables are dirty most of the time. They have done away with straws. The person cashing you out, ya know the one that handles money all day, is the one handing you the lids that go on your drink which you now have to put your mouth on. Yuck! No telling how many germs she's transferring to that lid you have to drink out of. I bought a bag of wrapped straws and keep them in my glove box just for this occasion. They have been out of all drinks except for diet and ice tea on a few occasions recently. I get coupons emailed to me from Qdoba with a code on them that the store has to scan. However this store can never scan them. They say their equipment just can't scan them. They can't take the coupons. However, I can't find where the coupon says "participating stores only". The forks are tiny, cheap plastic and not individually wrapped (they used to be). Again, no telling how germy those things are and I'm supposed to eat with them. Note to self...buy some individually wrapped forks before next visit. At least the people preparing the food wear gloves and change them regularly. I've just made peace with the fact I can't use my coupons and I'm better off getting a drink and fork from the gas station and...
Read moreMy family and I love Qdoba. Most locations are amazing, good atmosphere, friendly service, great food, however; I've experienced more issues at this location than all other locations put together. The staff at this location is rude, lazy and do not go above and beyond for their customers. Example: they close this location at 10pm. We showed up at 730pm and they were out of taco salad bowls (my fave). I asked if they could make me one seeing as it takes less than 2 mins.. just throw a tortilla into the fryer but they said they could not and that they'd be out of taco bowls for the rest of the night! On the exact same visit they were also out of guacamole. They refused to give me a discount off my order total because they were out of what I wanted to order. Then the cashier refused to give me a receipt because she didn't want me to complain. That's just one example of disappointment from this location, unfortunately there are many, many more. I go to other locations as much as possible but this one is the closest to my home so convenience plays a part. However, quality and customer service is much more important than convenience so I believe we'll start driving the extra 15 mins to visit a...
