Nice walkabout in a city that has some nice things to offer. Great lil shops, restaurants and theaters. Has that home town feel.

Nice area to hangout with friends and family during Fridays, especially when there is a band playing.

As a 6th generation Lovelander, and a logical + emotional + direct sort of a person of a certain ripeness of mentality; this district- Needs Improvement * Has been brilliant * Chockablock with red tape , business rules and regulations and tax collections and inspections and permits and limitations. Now, if you happen to be good ol boys, of a certain bent, or of a certain family, or really ... comfortable financially ... but ESPECIALLY if you are related to, or well-acquainted with the Morgan Brothers, or any of certain uh ... pliable ... members of the entrenched, rotating, inter-associated City Council or the planning office, or the City attorney, or any current or former Male Mayor, or any of those folks's Cronies or Krennings or Crooks in or rooting about zoning&licensing? Well then . Bet you could fit right in here as a business owner. All it takes is grease for the wheels. Not ample free parking. An outlet on every lamppost. (Don't plug anything in! The Constabulary will label you homeless and cite you for theft of services. Unless you prove you have an address. People with addresses are treated better and with more care and sincerity by the LPD than are people without an address here. Nice stone planters with mature landscaping and random 3D and rendered images works of art along 4th St. Fine All Brick Park with a Fine Bronze Statue of a Fine -Looking Nude Woman & Fine Nude Little Boy. Also creative tile, mosaic, and painted Art Installations. lovely places to perch your patootie whilst eating alfresco or busking for your bottle. Just as long as you don't sit on a blanket. Or have with you a backpack, or in any way appear to be 'camped' there for ANY length of time, or for ANY reason. That is illegal in Loveland, unless you own an actual address, where you reside. Then it's cool. Fine All Brick Library right next door , a two minute walk. The other direction 2-blocks, a fine All Brick Soup Kitchen open to all comers once a day. (Come and eat, and Go. No loitering. No trespassing beyond those one and one half hours each day. That is illegal in Loveland, and enforced by private city - paid security as well as police patrols. Uh, unless you have an address. It is the homeless that may not linger, or visit... like the hard - working volunteers which prepare and serve the food, and can and do come at any hour to do deliveries and good works. A plethora ( A Great Many ) Available Office Spaces and Restaurant Spaces and Retail Spaces to Rent and Lease and Purchase , should you have an entrepreneurial spirit. Rents commensurate with the exorbitant apartment rents in the area. WOW , like $16-$20 s.f. MTM. Surreal. No public restrooms except when the Museum is open. The other possibility at the Patina Flats I hesitate to mention, as although the restrooms are clean and well-stocked, one may not rely on them to be open for use unless there is a city-sponsored show there. These restrooms are often locked during ... cold weather ... on Holidays, weekends completely, or locked earlier than 9:30 PM whenever it is perceived by the people with the keys that homeless people might be using it too much, or are huddled in there because there is a wall-mounted space heater that might keep away frostbite etc. Three or four Bars that Serve Beer, and Wine, and Spiritus Beverages ... per Block. Easy to get tipsy in Loveland!! Yay! No. NO Recreational Marijuana Sales in Loveland. NO Medical Marijuana Sales in Loveland. NO Cultivation of Marijuana in Loveland. NO Processing of Marijuana in Loveland. NO Smoking or Consumption of Marijuana Outdoors. But Boy o BOY can you go on a short, Intense Pub Crawl that'll surely put you on the floor , by drinking a shot at each establishment purveying alcohol in this district. Rumor has it that no one has yet to visit every alcohol joint and brew pub and distillery and gin joint and rathskeller and bar and restaurant with a bar ... and be able to walk. There is no liquor store in this district. Maybe the Mayor's office will explain. NOT...

Hi my name is Barbara don't ever miss out on this special event... I got to sit with Santa. He asked if I was a good girl this year and I said yes Santa I always am a good girl. He asked me what I want for Christmas... I started to cry as I told him I just want a mini multipoo puppy because my Sadie Mae has gone to puppy heaven my heart is broke and I still cry my self to sleep every night. I told him I will never replace my Sadie Mae I just want to fill the void I have in my heart. He looked at me and said you will get your new puppy love for Christmas.... I hope so santa.. Thank you Loveland for this beautiful night that I had at your event please all pray for me that I do get a puppy love.. I got my new lovely multi poo puppy her name is...

This outfit is going around business by business trying to clean up the "homeless trash". Ask their "downtown ambassador" why he's visiting businesses then shortly after his visit new "rules" are made up by these businesses to keep the homeless out. It's happened to me twice now because I have a "big bag" which has NEVER caused any obstruction or problem EVER! We are humans! We have children! We have goals of trying to get in a better position! I'm just trying to stay warm, keep my dog warm, and purchase what that business provides. I only a handful of times have gone into these businesses and not purchased something. This is...
