Consistent with other reviewers, I found the customer service to be non-existent. I came to have labs drawn; order was placed by my physician. The employee told me that because I did not have a hard copy of the order on me, I could not have my labs drawn - despite having a PDF copy of the order + MyChart open with the order on my phone + laptop. She told me that I could go find a printer and come back with ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST in helping me find a solution. She was scrolling through Instagram when I walked to the window for help and seemed much more interested in that than helping me.
I'm a medical student and work with patients to troubleshoot issues and advocate for their care. One, this happened to be a day when I got out early which seldom ever happens, and actually made it before closing to have my labs drawn only to be turned away because I did not have a paper copy. Secondly, I walked out of there thinking - what if I did not have the means to drive to a FedEx or even know where I could access a printer; because this fits the description of many patients. It takes someone just a bit of effort to get them the care they need - the individuals working here did not have any bit of drive to help.
I would avoid this location out of principal from now on. I will also keep everyone's experiences here in mind when I am advising others on where to go to have their labs drawn....

I had an appointment on Saturday and picked up the urine jar for 24h urine test, and was told to come back to drop it off on Monday morning and at the same time I need to do a bloodwork, and was told no appointment needed for this. So I checked in at 9am on Monday morning, and there was only one employee working here, i understood that there would be some waiting time. After I waited for one hour and 20 minutes, the second employee walked in and only took people who have appointments, although I checked in at 9 am, she would only take people who have appointment at 10:15am, 10:20am or 10:30am. And she was very loudly announcing that appointments only now, which was very ridiculous, and even after I told her I was here 2 days ago and was told not to make an appointment, she didn’t care at all. She just asked me if I have an appointment, if not, go sit and wait. And people having appointments keep coming in, so when would be my turn to be taken care of?!
