Holiday Hair Salon - Easton — Attraction in Lower Nazareth Township

I had a late appointment and they were very accommodating! I don't usually like going to hair salons late because I know they want to close, but I am leaving the country and wanted my hair done before I left. They were able to take me an hour before closing! The hair stylist was super nice! She constantly checked to make sure it was the length I wanted it, and I could really tell she put so much effort into it even though it was so late! I really appreciated the kindness and detailed job done! She also took the time to explain the different cut options for my bangs, which no one has ever done for me before in the 10+ years I have had bangs. I did not even know there were different ways to cut bangs (I don't mean like side bang vs regular, I mean like there are ways to cut basic bangs that make them look more blunt, less blunt, etc). I went for a textured look and it came out so nice! I appreciate being asked and being given that option for the first time ever. I could tell that I was not just a rush job at the end of the night. They genuinely take their time here and they care about...

I’ve been getting my hair cut roughly every 4 weeks for 29 years. That’s approximately 377 haircuts. Never before in my life have I been disappointed or upset afterwards, let alone so upset I felt the need to leave a negative review. I stated that I wanted a #0 around the sides (an undercut) and that I was letting the top grow out. I was told okay, “I’ll just texturize the top a bit.” At the end, the top was at least 2 inches shorter, and at best the side was half as short as it should be, despite being told it was done with a #0. I was also told that she was not able to trim my beard because “I only have this” as Michelle proceeded to hold up, essentially, the same beard trimmer I have at home. Instead she could shave the beard off if I’d like. The only two options I can think of are, that the stylist is a liar, or she is incompetent. And either way, she shouldn’t be working there. Not only will I obviously never go to her again, this has completely soured me to the idea of going to any Holiday Hair location...

I needed a quick hair fix and my regular stylist wasn't available so based on reviews, I decided to try this holiday hair. I made my appointment with Jackie but when I arrived, it looked like she had already taken someone else and mixed color for them, so she passed me to Huong, which I hate when that happens since I do a lot of research on stylists before making an appointment. Huong was friendly and pleasant, my hair was damp and so she did a dry cut, which I was fine with. I asked to even it out and cut some long layers. She styled my hair so I wasn't able to see what the cut looked like, but it is so choppy and the layers look so horrible. I'm trying to grow my hair back out but I know I'm going to have to get an inch or so cut off to even out this chunk. Super disappointed and frustrated, especially since I had an appointment with someone else. ETA- she didn't section off my hair to do layers, which...
