I was having a issue with a G‐Pix6 since I got the phone. The live customer support team that I called for several days could not fix the problem with the phone. They even hung up on several times, with no call back.

I was so frustrated with Verizon corporate Tech Team 😫 not even funny

The tech agent after my 5th time of calling 2 days in, told me to head to a store and see if the Sim card may be a issue. So, I did.

🥰Nick and Ashley fixed my phone less than 5mins. I can't thank them enough! The sim nor the phone itself was the problem. They listened to my story and they solved my phone issues.

Went to the Verizon store with my wife in Easton, PA., at 3730 Eastern Nazareth Hwy. My wife had questions and wasn't sure which phone to purchase. She had a great experience speaking with Daphne, who was knowledgeable with every device. I, on the other hand, had issues with my phone with obnoxious pop up ads that interfered with my work and communication throughout the last two weeks. Another associate, Nick, took a look at my phone and knew exactly where to go and stopped all those annoying ads for good! Both Verizon associates helped us tremendously!
