Walmart Supercenter — Restaurant in Palmer Township

Update 6/12/2019 The local manager calls me and left an apathetic monotone message. Her word I cannot trust. Every issue I have contacted in regards to has never been resolved. Saturday morning Again only one human cashier of course with a line. This cashier lectured me about how much Walmart pays for bags. How wasteful we are with them. This cashier was foreign and thinks we American's waste bags.  The cashier said nothing to the people in front of me. He only said it to me.  Who is he to judge me? I didn't bring bags I had over $280.00 of groceries in my cart so I needed the bags to carry my items. If I wanted to shop at Aldi's and bring my own bags I would. This is racist, unprofessional and ridiculous. If Wegmans carried everything I needed I would never set foot in this store again. As even the Walmart corporate office has yet to contact me, just sent me a computer generated message. In store managment lacks the ability to resolve simple issues.

Update Saturday 4/13/19 As usual employees stocking shelves and blocking customers from shopping. Two cashiers Wow one however with a light on had no cashier there so that does not count. The cashier showed up as I was put my merchandise on the conveyor. She didn't double bag anything. So the gallon of water and orange juice ripped right through, so I had to double it myself when I put it in my cart. I don't like calling people names but seriously? Walmart employees are either idiots or don't give a shit? A manager did leave me a voicemail but she sounded confused like she forgot her title and her own name? I am not calling her back. Very unprofessional message and I hear no empathy in her voice just distracted annoyance. Dont worry "uh h This manager Judy" you don't have to call me back. Original Don't shop here on a Saturday morning, the employees who are stocking the shelves will give you dirty looks. They block the entire isle so you can't get through with no consideration for customer's shopping. They expect you to turn around and go the other way. The Coke guy is always blocking the entire Soda isle, which also happens to have the water. The selection of water sizes are big and gigantic. There is a guy stocking frozen pizza's and he blocks one entire end of that isle which also happens to have bread, so unless you want to walk all the way around to get into the isle you are out of luck cause he's not moving his truck load of plastic totes. You can buy Sam's club items here now too and most of the items are only Family size large items for Sam's club. The might have one cashier working other wise you have to go to you scan it yourself isle which is not large enough for a full cart of merchandise which makes checking yourself aggravating and time consuming. They are expecting You to ring up your own merchandise and bag it.The bags are so cheap You have to double and triple bag items, other wise items will fall out and be damaged. For a multi million dollar corp.. This is pathetic. I've called and emailed walmart corporate office and they always say they will fix the issue but it only lasted a week. Updated. On 1-14-25. The security here has thrown out a man that has a carriers permit just because he was carrying he was thrown out of Walmart here. Even after they have closed down the store 2 times last year for fights in the store.the security here can't deal with ppl with a carriers then maybe they need a new job. Juan also asset control are the security. Also they harass n follow ppl The ones that look like children walking around looking at their phone you know that don't belong there yeah those are the security and yeah they just discriminated against a man with a carriers permit. Was looking for one of the women in front with blue jacket to ask where the Venus fly traps were had a receipt to show one of the lady's I had gotten one there. Sometimes the lady by the door went to look for her because a large lady at the doors was yelling acting like she was out to get someone again she said I continued to the other door where I got attacked by a black man the other door attacked by a large white women. I'm disabled had no clue they were store security I ran like hell left all my groceries I had no idea what was going on. But I'll be in court with these ppl soon to try to suggest I was stealing. Really disabled. My disability is agoraphobia I'm scared of my own damn shadow. We won't talk about how my family was murdered. Don't like ppl but they are above me. IF U R DISABLED STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. There website says that they open at 6 AM so I was there at 6 AM. I had to return a battery that I bought yesterday and did not work. It was only making 9 V not 12 V. So as I’m standing at the customer service counter , waiting to talk to somebody I read that if you don’t have your receipt, you need your drivers license which I had. I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody talk to me. Then I looked for the receipt and I didn’t have it. But I didn’t matter because I had my drivers license and the credit card. I put the battery on yesterday.

Then it got interesting. The woman who runs customer service yelled at me that they didn’t open till seven. It didn’t say that on the website otherwise I wouldn’t have been there at six. So as I was standing there, she yelled me again, but they didn’t open till seven! so that gave me some time to go shopping which I did at 6:55 I was at the customer service counter. A whole cart full of stuff I’m sure I spent $300 plus while I was waiting for the customer service counter to open.

So now I have a different woman that’s gonna take care of my battery issue and then maybe she could check me out? Well, that’s not how it works the way it works is that if your purchase is over $50. You NEED A RECEIPT I didn’t have one and thought I didn’t need one because it was written on PAPER at the counter all I needed was a Drivers license,

So now I’ve wasted my morning at Walmart being misled! If we ran our business like that we would be out of business. I hope I can find my receipt or I am screwed.

So I went back with my receipt and got my money back , most of it anyway except $12.00 for the battery core . And I was not allowed to take the core with me the customer service representative said they recycled the core. I was there on a Friday night at 745pm to buy the battery. Back at the store Saturday morning at 6:00 am and I guess the battery recycling company came Friday night because I’m sure it wasn’t Saturday morning.

So I walk in with my old battery to trade in on a new battery. I end up getting shafted for $12 and 5 plus hours of my life . I’m not one to post a bad review this is my 3rd ever but WOW...
