My 65 inch LG TV had lost it's picture. I went up to their shop to inquire about repairs. Their in-house tech took the time to explain all my options and possibilities and made sure that all my questions were answered. Chris was the tech that came out to my house. Not only was he a few minutes early, he even sent me a text message letting me know that he was on his way. Chris looked at my unit very closely before giving me his professional opinion. He also explained in great detail for his opinion. When he was done I felt most confident in my decision on the next step for my tv. To round off I did have several conversations with the inside front desk associate. She as well took the time to answer my questions. This company is the whole ball of wax. After talking to LG's customer service, I was told to call a local electronic store. I called Advanced Electronics and the whole process glided along smoothly from there.
I talked to the famous Kent when I called, he answered all of my questions both about my TV and the process of the warranty. I took my TV in the next day and they were expecting me. They took a look at it and got me squared away. The next time I heard from them was when they called to tell me my TV was ready. I picked it up and everything works wonderfully.

I initially had called Samsung when my washer went out to get warranty to fix it and they scheduled Advanced Electronics to repair it on the 26th of November. I picked up the phone and called Advanced Electronics. When they answered I told them the situation and they inquired about what codes I was seeing on the unit, within minutes they saw they had the part in stock and could schedule me in that day.
