Walked inside the store, both myself and wife wearing our Sunday cloths. I was looking for some new polos and she was looking around the store. We had 4 store members staring us as if they saw a ghost. One gal constantly following us around and talking on the intercom to the radio. Then the manager came out and watched us as Iām walking around looking at polos. Very upsetting when I spent $300 on items and they treat us like thiefās. I even told the manager they were looking at us and they continued to stare us down. I liked the store but if I was to go again and get treated like that Iād set my items down and leave. Very disappointing to be treated like such knowing youāre giving a company business. Itās very sad for anyone to have such a bad customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally cool western store, but unfortunately I have to rate it low because I was being followed by the workers inside and I could hear them talking over their mics. The kids at the hat shaping station were really nice however. Donāt know why I was being followed, maybe becuase Iām not from here and they could tell who knows but as someone who also works in retail it was very obvious and was even being told I couldnāt try things on. I did end up buying something anyway becuase it was a good deal but wouldnāt recommend to anyone and probably wonāt be back. I got asked if I was doing okay maybe like 14 times in the span of 10 minutes which to me always signals there just thinking Iām sketch. I was really bummed becuase of all the good reviews...

Unfortunately, the little gal who waited on us said that the 'hat guy's (i.e.; the fellow who steams & shapes your hat) was not there & wouldn't be back until the next week. But I looked around a bit while they were talking. And this Western Store has a lot of clothes: women, men, little ones. However, the women's clothes are...how do I put this ....umm...a little 'revealing'. They are more geared to teens & young women - not a 59 yr old grandma like me! š But the girls working there were very nice, welcoming and more than happy to help in any way they could. So...
