First and foremost the Sonic Drive In its severely overpriced for the overall quality and quantity you receive from this 'fast' food establishment. The last few years time and time again I've seen the menu change, prices increase, service and quality decrease to laughable levels. You can easily order 2 simple burger meals, 2 desserts and pay $30 or more for sub par items. 1-6-19 my wife and I ordered just that. 2 number 2s tots and drink and 2 small chocolate chip cookie dough blasts it cost $29.86 and took 18 minutes from the end of order to our hands. Yes it is a drive in but they consider themselves 'fast' food. The tater tots must've been left in dishwater before serving seeing as how bland and downright soggy they were received. The burgers were spot on with their current quality, smashed and bland. Lastly, the 2 identical blasts were devoid of any chocolate chip cookie dough within the mix. The top seemed to show it would be a treat filled ice cream for almost $4 per small order. After the initial scoop there were no bits of cookie dough in either of our blasts. Essentially we paid for 2 near $4 each small cups of vanilla ice cream. The last 10 or more times we've dragged ourselves back to each Sonic it seems to be the same response time and lack in quality. Read moreSo we went to Sonic spent over $50 bucks. Not including the tip. We drove home only to get there and find that our drinks were filled with carbonated water. We go back to Sonic to ask them to remake our drinks and my daughter’s burger. The employee that answered our stall was rude and rushed me off the mic. Without fully getting my complaint. Then Nickolas fixed our drinks but was rude and accused us of getting over on there company who was losing money remaking drinks. That they messed up. He insulted me by asking if I had a job. I really hate to think that question was racially motivated. What broke jobless persons spend over fifty for drinks and a burger. The service sucked and Nickolas made sure I had his name. So everyone dealing with this particular Sonic knows he’s the employee that was rude and his customer service (along with the other employees) sucked. I will be getting in contact with management to make sure my complaint is heard, Nickolas goes through some type of training for customer service and anger management. It’s upsetting to know that when something goes missing from my order and I call to confirm that it’s OBVIOUSLY FROM YOUR STORE they tell me they had no order. Not only that but the attitudes and disrespect. I have a 2 year old that needs to eat and it’s ridiculous that no one up there needs money enough to pay attention to the orders that come through or are made. There wasn’t even a seal or even a receipt that’s SUPPOSED to be attached to the bag. The dasher told me she came from here and I am tracking where she is and I can see she has no reason to lie. I live about 10-15 minutes up the street from this store so it makes. I sense. Careless and disappointing. Sad to say I will NEVER be ordering from this sonic...
