I purchase a set of living room furniture the first of May. When they delivered it the salesman David came along and informed me as they were loading it they discovered three tears in the back of sofa apparently from unpackaging it. This set was on the floor when I purchased it . He told me he had contacted the manufacturer for a new piece to switch out and fix this and it would be here in a month. 6 weeks pass and I call him and was told he would check on it and told me the lady said it was on the way. another month passes and I call again same excuse and answer. Called again no answer left message and he called me and left a message that said its coming from overseas and he assured me it will be here soon. Not once has he ever called me and updated me I always have to call and honestly am getting the run around. Just a heads up beware purchasing from them it's all good when buying but when you need service after the purchase not so much,. I also purchased a warranty on my set can't imagine how that will do if and when I might need it. At this point I am pretty certain I will never get this taken care of and would like a partial refund on a defective sofa that I bought as a new sofa. Just FYI I love my furniture just not the issue with particular problem and all the excuses .Service after the sale sucks here. Here I am 4 months out with nothing to resolve...

I was originally waiting for just the recliner since the love seat and couch where in store. 3weeks passes & I call & they tell me there waiting on my love seat and couch cause the in store furniture dont match.. what he didnt know was I saw the set & it was a match. Im sure they sold it and had to reorder my love seat & couch. I was told my furniture would be here 9/27/18.. I call today & the lady tells me my furniture isnt there yet & wont be there till Wednesdays. Ive asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else. She tells me she has to call her main office in Abilene & have them send them the check.. so again Im having to wait. It only took them 2 days to cash the check. So disappointed. By the way I now have no living room furniture or kitchen table since I got rid of mine on the 26th.. I have 4 kids and no place to...
