Tommy's Jewelry Watch & Clock Repair — Attraction in Lufkin

brought a seiko bellmatic to replace the hands and like a week latter the hand got lossen and to it back to have then check it and repair it, Tommy's wife was rude actitude took my watch in. Few days latter came back and after " i paid for the hands to be put them in" they wanted to charge me again for a job not well done... them both Tommy's and his wife question my integrity after telling Tommy that i paid that was not free he tryed to apologize after making me feel so not welcome in the store... took my watch and to find out that the hands where not put right and the alarm was not aligned with the hands and Tommy really made a mess inside of my watch was not turning stateing that needed service, will cost me 250 to undue his mess. He did not know how to windup the watch, using the crown omfreaking god... very volatilite popple good ofew times them plain nasty specially his wife very very rude unwelcoming person to deal with. NOT RECOMMENDING them at all to work...

Very over priced, so so friendly service to not so friendly. They included a polish on there service. Though I don't think it makes up for that hefty price.
