I liked the atmosphere at this store and after the sales guy had the time to spend with me the interaction made me feel as if the sales person really did care about my concerns with regard to the questions I was asking him. The inside of the store was well lit and professional looking and the other customers there at the time didn't make me feel uneasy. I spoke with the sales person and told him my honest concerns with the tank I was currently using and I got intelligent feedback from him as he seemed to care about what I was saying and that means a lot. I told him I was a former heavy smoker and needed a better tank to keep me from going back to smoking and with this information he recommended a tank that truly has fit my needs so far. So if you are a vaper that's struggling to stay off tobacco and you have to find a better way to vape then speak with this shop sales person. The Falcon tank he sold me has fixed my issues with vapin and thus far kept me from returning to smoking tobacco. For this fact I am greatful. To find a vape store sales person that actually listens to the customer and cares about my needs was a nice change from other places I have visited that just wanted to sell me the next hottest item out on the market. My overall experience with this place was great and I would recommend it to anyone trying to stay off tobacco. My only advice is that when you go into the store and the counter person is helping other customers just be patient and they will give you ever bit of the attention you need when it's your turn. I would have given this establishment a 5 star rating but I thought some of their juices were a little overpriced but not horribly overpriced. Keep up the good work. BTW the sales person I dealt with had years of first hand vapin experience and it set my mind at easy. I'm not a store employee or a hype man ; I was just truly happy with my overall experience here and more than happy to tell others about it. I have been to many vape stores from NAC all the way down to Houston and I would recommend this place first. Really...

I don’t normally do reviews but this place and the staff deserve one! True, sincere service is so rare these days. The staff here are above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all questions mod or liquid related. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. My visit today prompted this review. I was having trouble with my vape burning my throat AND I didn’t know how to take apart the tank to clean and put a new filter in. They did it for me, showing me each step, and knew EXACTLY why my vape was irritating my throat. It was so bad I had resorted back to cigarettes. Now it tastes wonderful and feels even better! I decided to check this shop out because of a reference (i’d been going to the other one on S John Reddit) and oh my gosh the atmosphere alone was a completely different world. The staff was super friendly and really attentive, amazing customer service. I’ve been vaping for years and this was probably my best experience, i have a lot of anxiety and going to stores isn’t always that easy. But these guys made me feel so comfortable, like i could ask any dumb question and they’d do their best to answer it. Love that!!!!! Oh and the prices!!!!! They’re like....actually GREAT prices.
