After taking the Tour of the Jack Daniel's Distillery, I made the short drive up to the Lynchburg City Cemetery to visit the final resting place of the man himself, Jack Daniels. His grave is easy to find. Just got to the center of the cemetery and walk west, and look for the two iron benches that have been placed at his grave. In the short time that I was there several other people also came by to visit the grave of Gentleman Jack. Read moreYour tour of the Jack Daniel Distillery is not complete without paying your respect to Jack himself. The grave yard is about a 2 min drive from the parking lot to the distillery, the lot which across the street from the visitors center.
The cemetery is not huge but you might have a problem finding the gravesite.
Look for the only grave that has two white iron chairs in front of it. Use Google maps as it pinpoints the site itself. I’ve included a pic from maps to show you.
