Subway — Restaurant in Lynchburg, Moore County

We’ve been going here on and off for a few years and it’s been ok but my husband went in this afternoon and the main lady we see all the time wasn’t understanding his bread questions for some reason but it’s whatever. I got Garlic Aoli on mine and I always get it like every time. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. It smelled and tasted horrible like it was old or left out all night. Tried calling to get a new sandwich or a refund or something at least. Mainly just to let them know that it was bad. Well apparently they thought we were trying to order even though my husband repeatedly said the sauce was bad. Nothing he said indicated he was trying to order. He told them what time he came in and everything. I will not be back to this one. I’m not sure why we kept going back because the owners aren’t very nice. Fayettevilles is ten times better and will probably be the only one we go to since we’ve never had issues with that one. I would highly recommend going to a good restaurant on the square and support local business....

The most RUDE service we have had in a Subway restaurant. Upon entering, we were quickly told we would not be able to order but only through the app. So we took a seat and proceeded to download the app and order. Then we asked for double protein but did not receive. Mentioned it and he pretended not to hear. We grabbed our chips and waited. Once I grabbed our food at the counter, he told us that we paid for cookies but not chips(we had already been eating our chips). Oh and also that the dining room was closed that we could not stay. We tried paying for the chips to make it right but he was quick to say we couldn’t but that we had to take the cookies out of our bag and leave them. He was so rude that we will NEVER return. This Subway has been going downhill for a very long time. The Italian BMT is supposed to have 6 slices of pepperoni and salami. They only put 5 slices. The lady that works here is the only friendly one. I have heard many people say they only accept online orders which makes absolutely no sense. The lettuce here always tears my stomach up beyond belief to the point where I can never get lettuce on my sandwiches. They do not accept coupons either. You'll say "extra pickle" and they just do a line of like 7. It's terrible that this is basically of the only restaurant in Lynchburg that is open past 7. We need a Sonic.
