River Ridge — Attraction in Lynchburg

Unfortunately today of all days I had the most terrible interaction with two racist uniformed security guards. I had my service animal with me and they approached regarding my small 12 lb dog. Now., I could’ve kept walking but I indulged these two poor excuses of security guards. They started questioning me about the type of service the dog provided and told me that the service he gives me is not acceptable. So as such representation of the mall I told them they are incorrect. They proceeded to bring me to some disclaimer that they had in the mall, saying that only dogs that provide aid such as seeing eye dogs would be allowed in the mall, but It doesn’t say that the type of eight that I need is not allowed in the mall. The two security guards, then also lied and said that it was online and it does not say it online either. When they saw that they were wrong, they said they weren’t going to argue with me and threatened to call the police on me because they could not provide me with the proper rules about my dog who is a service animal. They walked away and because they were racist rascals with selective discriminatory practices because The two head of security were the only two they gave me the issue while the security guards were Talking to me about my dog excited to see him. I will be following up on this discriminatory practice With not only a discrimination lawyer, but the management of the mall! I’ve never had an issue with my dog at all who is fully trained and equipped to provide me service. Not to mention, my dog has been the mall several times and they said that this was a new rate the mall was projecting onto certain people with disability, so I’m anxious to talk to them...

Sorry, malls are dead! Not even the filthy lucre of Liberty University can revive this 43-year-old indoor mall. Not even an on-site hotel, a movie theatre complex, an interactive aquarium, a fitness club, a food court, a play area for children, and dozens of stores and boutiques can entice me to enter this enclosed shopping mall. Indoor shopping malls are an anachronism, a decaying remnant of a capitalist state. I don't need to venture inside this evil compound to remind me that entropy destroys everything from shopping malls to countries to solar systems to the multiverse. If you are young and don't look like a Liberty University student, Security will be an oppressive shadow that you can't shake. I won't post any photographs lest I risk damnation by tempting you to visit this evil domain that will strip you of your money, decency, and the will to live. My conscience is clear, I've delivered my word to the wise. I pray that my one-star rating and my review from the pit of hell will dissuade you from patronizing this godforsaken...

Do not make reservations to see Santa online !!! It is a lie to get you to pre pay for pictures. Last year we did this and got to see Santa without waiting because of reservations ,the reason for prepaying . This year I did the same thing, So we don't have to stand in line so long. We get there and the Manager said no go to the back of the line and was just rude and loud. I get it you're tired, exhausted if you don't like your job please find another, not cool to address someone with such demeanor . We had to go to the back of the line. Now keep in mind if that was the case I would have just shown up and waited in line without making reservations. We had to wait 45 mins... However, it says show up 15 minutes early before reservations to get Registered. I have my receipt saying so. I mean if this is who you want to represent your company , I will be taking my grandson to see Santa elsewhere next year!!! picture provided to show proof of reservations and time and date.
