This business is unprofessional and I would not recommend taking anything there. I regret not walking out after noticing the disorganized work area and run-down interior of the shop though I try to support small business. After dropping my watch off for a battery change, 3 weeks go by, no communication. When I stop at the store they asked if I “Received a call to say it’s ready.” I replied that if it wasn’t ready I would gladly take it back to go somewhere else. They said it was very complex- it’s a Casio pro trek- and takes time. Nikki and her father could not find the watch and helped other customers while avoiding me as we all realized they didn’t know were it was. Then they told me it was at their “watch specialist” and to call back at the end of the week.

I called at the end of the week. Thankfully they found the watch but it was going to take some time to reset. I told them I would reset it myself and all I wanted was the watch back. 47$ for the 3 week battery...

My clumsy self was so over joyed when my fiancé to-be’s out-of-state-made ring arrived on a Wednesday that I DROPPED IT DOWN OUR STAIRCASE! I was proposing on Sunday and had all the arrangements made. In a panic I called Niki to have a look at it. She told me to come in ASAP and fifteen minutes later I was there.

She showed me how I had unfortunately knocked a stone loose and they would have to repair it. This duo was on top of it. They rushed the repair and had it beautifully repaired by Friday evening. I cannot thank them enough.

I proposed two days later and everything went spectacularly.

I brought in some pearls that had been given to me at my high school graduation, hoping they could be restrung in time for me to wear to my daughter's graduation.
