I bought a coconut at cost $2.49 from 174th Lynnwood Shop on Jun 22, 2021 and open it next day found that it was molded with strong odor. Then I brought it to shop for change another coconut from the same batch. Unfortunately, the other one has the same issue with molded and odor. I then brought it back to store to report this condition to the shop manager any cashiers to suggested them to inspect the coconuts inventory. But those guys showed very impolite and speak loudly to mentioned that they will not refund even change for me. The shop manager also specific mentioned they have spent money to buy the goods for profit. They cannot guarantee all goods sold in good condition. Otherwise, it may cause loss.
I felt uncomfortably with their attitude which not a high value product and spent 2 times to go to shop to reported the issues. Eventually, I wasted money to get rubbish, time consume on traffic and lost...
Read moreI had an extremely rude experience with one of the older Korean cashiers while I was shopping with my wife.
The cashier had a lane closed sign but still took multiple people thru her lane. Since our lane was so long, we decided to go thru her lane as well. She rudely said excuse me lane is closed. But we were the only ppl she said that to. After we were refused, she let yet another woman go thru her lane despite our protests. We were the only people who were not elderly or Korean that tried to go thru her lane.
Clearly we were discriminated against for being young and nonkorean.
I don’t mind that we were denied service but I do mind that it was done unfairly based on who we looked like.
The male cashier who checked us out was very nice.
I love going to g mart but I am really tired of micro aggressions from rude older Asian employees who think they can treat younger...
Read moreThe food court is great but the grocery store staff was horrible. I ordered my food but forgot to include the tip when I signed the receipt because I thought I would be called the order number and pick up the food myself. Until later I realized the food was served so I wanted to leave some tip in the bucket. I had no change and walked to the grocery store clerk hoping to exchange several dollars for tipping. The clerk lady literally rolled her eyes and mocked: “you can change money at the food court”. I explained to her I had paid by credit card and all I want to do is to have some change to tip. She kept rolling her eyes and asked me to change with the food court servant. I just don’t understand she was so rude and mean. She could have said there was no enough change if she didn’t want to change for me. Why did she choose to disrespect a customer by mocking and...
