I recently visited this new bubble tea spot, and overall, I had a pleasant experience!

First, the ambience is adorable — the store is very clean, aesthetically decorated, and has a cozy vibe with cute sofa chairs. It’s definitely a nice place to relax or hang out with friends. The customer service was also excellent; the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I actually called in my order at 11:29 PM (just a minute before closing at 11:30 PM), and they still took my order without hesitation — really appreciated that!

Now, about the menu — I tried the croffles, and while they were absolutely delicious, I personally felt the portion size didn’t quite match the price. At $10.25, it felt a bit steep for what you get, even though the flavor was spot-on.

I also tried the mango soft serve, which looked very tempting. Visually, it was appealing, served with mango syrup and what seemed to be canned mango. I asked if it was topped with fresh mango, and the employee said yes — but when I tasted it, it didn’t quite feel like fresh-cut mango to me. It was okay overall, but didn’t wow me like I hoped it would.
