I have to say this morning and last night I was very very very frustrated with the way I was treated by the company by the owner and his wife and now at 6:15 PM same day,, It’s been resolved and they cared enough to call me back and take care of the problem. I got a full refund, including the delivery fee as well, which was a surprise but very, very good. They take care of the problems for customers in a very professional and caring manner. As It should be. I would definitely buy appliances from them, , no matter what any problems you have with anything , anything at all you purchased? I absolutely love my new LG Washer and Dryer (WM3600VA & DLE3600V). Open box situation. There are two small dents on either side of the dryer, barely visible, and a few minor scratches on the tops.
