These guys are great, from the owner, to his father to the installer. I called one weekend and talked to the owners father who was watching the shop, he was very knowledgeable about the pool tables and seemed honest over the phone. The next weekend, I caught the ferry from Kingston to shop for a pool table. The selection was excellent and Gy was helpful in choosing the right felt color, I also ordered a pool cue. The table arrived and we arranged for a delivery date. Two young men came to set-up the table and they were very professional. The table came with a set of house sticks which were good quality, better than expected. One of the installers noted some defects with the table so he went back and ordered replacement parts, I would have never noticed the defects. I wanted to write a genuine review of my experience with ABC Billiards in Lynnwood WA. This company had been referred by one of my close friends for the quality work that they perform. I scheduled them to move my beautiful blue felt Olhausen pool table from Issaquah to Bellevue WA last week and they did a fabulous job. They picked up the pool table from the sellers house and worked very efficiently and quickly to take it apart. They then moved it into my house here in Bellevue and placed in the exact location that I wanted. They put it back together and made sure the table was perfectly balanced. They used some pretty hight tech laser machines to make sure that every level of the pool table was flat. I've been playing pool ever since and am very pleased with their work. I would absolutely recommend ABC Billiard when looking to purchase and/or move an existing table. They were prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with. Starting with Gy, he was very responsive and filled with knowledge! He address each of the questions (and I had many) regarding the tables. The scheduling and purchasing of the tables were extremely easy! The movers/installers did an amazing job, they worked extremely hard to take down 6 tables, move and set them back up. Then the crew had to come back and set up the 5 new tables we purchased! Brent and the crew were great! Lee even dropped by a couple of times to ensure everything went as smooth as can be!
