I love Sleep Outfitters! Like many people, I have had a hard time sleeping in these uncertain times. After a while, I realized it’s not just the times, my mattress is 20 years old! In my search to find a new mattress I decided I would try Sleep Outfitters in Macedonia, Ohio. I walked in and met one of the finest salesman I’ve come across in a long time! His name is Jim. He listened to my concerns and the type of bed I was looking for. He then walked me over to the bed he thought was exactly what I described. Being skeptical, I thought maybe it’s just the most expensive bed or one he wanted to get rid of. But I was wrong. I tried it and liked it! But I also tried many other beds in the store and always went back to that first bed! He knows his products and listens to the concerns of his customers! As a gift he even threw in a set of bamboo sheets that feel live heaven! There was no high pressure, just an understanding and interest to help me find the best mattress for my needs. I recently had a bad experience with mattress discount store and ended up canceling my order with them. I had a bad fall and really needed a new bed so my back could finish healing. So my friend and I decided to go out and try to find a mattress and adjustable bed frame that I could afford and also get delivered within a decent time. I stopped in to the sleep outfitters store in Macedonia and Jim was there ready to serve us with a smile and knowledge of the products he had that would fit our needs, he never rushed or pushed us into making a decision. He was so nice, and informed us that some models would be on back order for some time before we could get it in.
