This was one of the worst fast food experiences, ever! We decided to try out the Taco Bell app and order ahead so that my son didn't have to remember everyone's order. $28 of food later, my son left to pick everything up for the family. Now, let me warn you that the worst thing you can EVER do there is order and pay ahead. He was told that if everything wasn't correct there was nothing that they can do about it since it wasn't ordered on site. Of course he came home without the drink ordered with the double chalupa box, the sauses ordered with the rolled chicken tacos, and the empanadas they were "out of". They told him that all they could do was replace them with cinnamon twists.
When I called the restaurant, I was told that I was given everything I ordered, as I ordered it, though that wasn't true. They do not mark any wrappers with changes that are made to an item because they are provided wrappers from Taco Bell directly, so we would have to do our best to figure out which items were which. When I asked for the manager's name and number, I was hung up on.
I did drive back up to the restaurant to get my missing items. Again, I asked for the manager's name and was told that they couldn't give that to me because of personal reasons. Now, I don't know when a manager's name became a trade secret, but don't ask for it at Taco Bell, Macedonia. Oh, don't ask for the person above him or her either, because the "assistant manager" on duty Sunday night between 11:00 p.m. and midnight said that they don't answer to anyone else, though I was free to call 1-800-TacoBell if I wanted (and I am planning to do that as well). And the girl who hung up on me left just before I got there, even though it had been less than 10 minutes. In short, if you order from them, don't order ahead, check your order CAREFULLY before pulling away, and prepare to fight it out if they mess up because you have to prove you didn't receive it. Dispute the fact that the 2 sauces and drink I said I was missing were the least costly items in my order, the assistant manager insisted that my son was, in fact, given them, but mysteriously enough, once she relented, she knew exactly what drink I had ordered without me telling her. I've worked in a lot of food places, but thank goodness none of the people I have ever worked with treated customers like this. I won't be eating at this location again. If you're looking for a reason to support not paying fast food workers, $15 per hour, you've...
Read moreI stopped at this location around 12:30 am on my lunch break, I’m not from around here and travel for work. I needed a quick bite, and before I even reached the speaker I knew it was going to be crappy visit. The car in front of me asked if they were ready to take their order after 3 minutes of silence, they were told “give me a few minutes”. When they finally took their order, they were snippy. So on my turn, I pull up and enjoy 2 minutes of silence as well. I said “anybody there?” and was greeted with the standard “give me a few minutes.” Ok, fair enough...I waited. Only to be greeted with “go ahead sir....”....I am not a sir, nor do I sound like one. I place my order, brushing it off since everybody has bad days right? The car in front of me was shoved a bag of food and sent away, maybe they were rude to her? I’ve had my share of awful customers, so I can sympathize. I pull up to the window and clearly the girl on drivethru is in a mood, and only utters my total and hands my card back silently with my drink. My drink was nothing but carbonation-no biggie, it happens right? She comes to the window to shove my food out and I politely ask to switch out my beverage, notifying her of the drink brand’s syrup bag needing to be changed. (I worked at Wendy’s for 4.5 years, a heads up was always appreciated when we were busy as to serve every customer efficiently). Well this girl did not appreciate this, as she responded by snatching my drink, dumping it and getting a new one with a very obvious show of attitude. Then she proceeds to send it my way like passing a football, with even more attitude and no parting words. Even a half hearted “Have a nice night” would have sufficed. When I returned back to my jobsite 0.9 miles down the road, I discovered the fries were ice cold, as if they were sitting for 2 hours. I will not be visiting this location again, I’d rather starve. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. If I weren’t representing my company in uniform, she would have received a very colorful farewell. Perhaps she needs to watch the training videos again, and research customer...
Read moreAvoid this place... Food is terrible and the service is even worse. Had taco night for my family and they didnt put half of my food in a bag or even get my order right. Called and spoke to the manager to get it right and asked for her name, was told im not giving my name out. Decided to stop in for a face to face instead manager was apologetic and gave me a receipt with a note stating the order will be replaced anytime no questions asked with her number. Fast forward a month later I go back in to utilize my credit I get told Bri the night manager that the main manager was fired and theyre not honoring the credit for the mistakes. I called and had my number and name left with Dave (the area manager) he never called. I called the next day and the new manager was in (Justin) tells me to come in anytime and it will get taken care of. I go in to have my order replaced yesterday after waiting 15 mins for the manager on duty to take care of me, I overheard a lady who ignored me and kept looking at me and eating at the drive thru talking about Dave who was there sitting on the lobby at a table doing nothing. I asked if he was Dave and stated my issue used a few profanity words and was told sorry but youre not going to use that language with me you can go, "no refund, no food, just leave" police got involved and he comes out stating i was trying to extort him over $26.00 and daid he wanted me trespassed. What a shame this use to be a good Taco Bell and its ran by poor management on all cylinders. If you want to wait 30 mins for your food and for them to get it half wrong and not have them own up to their mistakes feel free to go to this establishment. Maybe you can run into Dave and he'll stop all operations lock the doors because he is scared to own up to his failures as a man...
