If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I brought my laptop in to get my broken case replaced on July 6th,2020 (after using it in that condition for the duration of 3+ months), said he would need to order a part for it that'd take a few days and he'd give me a call. A week and half goes by, no call. I show up and he says "Yeah I just got the part in I should have it done by tomorrow at close" a week passes by no call. I show up again he greets me with "Yeah your laptops not turning on. Are you sure it worked before you brought it in?" says he doesn't know the problem he has to look at it some more and order another part. OK. Some days go by, Once again no call. I show up. He says the part still hasnt come in so I tell him I'm leaving off for school on the 31st if you cant get it done just give me a refund, because I will be 2hours out and wont be coming back. OK.
Fast forward to the 31st (No communication in between) I call HIM, he says the part hasn't come in still, so I ask for a refund and he says ok but he'll take a day or 2 to put my old case back on. I remind him we agreed upon the 31st(Today) and he says ok I'll try to get it done before close today. He calls me an hour later and says I can come pick it up. I come to pick it up and after taking 10mins to locate my purchase info he puts the refund in the system and then tells me I could get a new laptop at Micro Center for only 200...
Safe to say I will not be giving these people another $ and I advise anyone who reads this not to either. Not only did they have my computer for 3 Weeks with 0 communication on their end, but while in their possession my screen was broken. So after 3 weeks of possession, I'm refunded and given back my laptop in an even WORSE condition then I gave...
Read moreIf you're looking for the most down to earth, easy-going experience with fixing a complicated, perplexing problem with your smartphone, video game console or other technology; Anthony is the guy you need to fix it. I walked in with a Nintendo Switch Micro SD card reader issue that I researched and found it was a physical-hardware issue with the reader chip on the motherboard of the switch. I took it into UbreakIfixit first and they quoted me $100 for the repair and it would take a full day to fix. I later took the device into All Tech repairs and Anthony was able to fix it for me for $40 and had it back in 10 minutes. This guy is a straight up wizard, he worked his sorcery and had my device with no issues and running perfectly fine. We even talked for 25 minutes afterwards about Nintendo Switch and the idea behind his business. I was even more happy to find out he's not only promoting his services to help himself, but to provide for his family and their futures. I would recommend these people over any other business in the Metro-Detroit area, you must see this business for ALL tech issues...
Read moreI will definitely be coming here for all my tech needs from now on. Quicker, cheaper, and better quality products and repairs than anywhere else I've seen. I came in to get the LCD screen on my laptop replaced. The owner was able to fix the screen the same day the part arrived and it only took a week. Conversely, Best Buy told me it would take at least 3 weeks and that it would be almost twice as expensive for the exact same repair. ALLTech's prices are genuinely "honest" and reflect how much things "really" cost (great deals on chargers and cases too). Also, the owner was able to save me from needing to buy a $500+ new phone. When I came in to pick-up my laptop, I mentioned that my phone was unable to hold/receive a charge for a week, and I figured it had finally kicked the bucket. He reassured me this wasn't the case; 10 minutes later and my phone was running like new. The owner is very friendly, definitely knows his stuff in-and-out, and performs high...
