Quite frankly… I could write an essay about my experience but I’ll keep it short and sweet!
I’ve been shopping at this location for a few years now on and off. My experience at surrounding vape shops and the like hasn’t even come close. Why?
Staff treat customers as “long lived friends” and transcend being simply transactional. Prices across the board are less than the local surrounding competition. RJ, Ron & Kayla are all incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the majority of what’s sold at their location and know most of the product lines incredibly well. Location incredibly well stocked and up-kept.
All of these points are genuine and come from a random customer that just happened to stumble upon this location / chain in general after just coming back from the West Coast for over a decade. It’s often very difficult to find a vape shop that you can dependably, frequent and not run into things chronically being out of stock due to an ever-changing industry. This Wild Bills delivers on all fronts. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that the majority of what has brought me back can easily be attributed to the three staff members. I mentioned above in this review. I have visited a few other locations since being in Michigan. Why all the inventory is the same for the most part, you can’t replace an organically functional human customer service experience.

Read moreThe staff was alright, this is more towards corporate and the policies they enforce on their stores. I bought a vape pen from this location, and the first night I charged the pen according to directions, and it held a charge for about 20 minutes, then died. When I tried to charge it, the charger broke (lights stopped working and wouldn’t connect) and I was unable to charge the pen. The next day from this same location I bought a replacement universal charger thinking this might fix the problem, and charged it almost all night, only to find out the next day that it held a charge for about 5 minutes. Tried one last time to charge it for another 3 hours, and it held a charge again for about 5 minutes. The receipt from this store literally says, “Exchanges on defective E cig products must have receipt & be returned within 14 days in original packaging” so I attempted to bring the entire pen, along with broken charger, back to the store, where the guy told me that I could come in on a certain day soon where they would be selling replacement batteries on sale, and that he could not replace the product because it had been used by me. So... my question is, how am I able to figure out a product is broken, without using it...? So now I have spent over $40 with a product that does not work, and I have to spend more money on possibly more faulty parts, but not from...
Read moreMadison heights used to be my favorite place. Rj and Ron knew what you wanted before you knew what you wanted. Went in the other day and neither of them were there. New staff was nice but really don't have the knowledge these fellas have. Now I hear they were let go. I'm sitting in the lot waiting for them to open NOW it's 9:13 am and still not opened. Those guys were here early and the door was opened. Now I'm late and the poor girl who works here standing outside waiting for someone to open the door. Well... I'm about to pull out and never come back here again. Very sad. Good luck to those 2 brothers, you guys were great thank you for always making everyone feel like they are the most important customer.
